Random Affiliate ID

Whenever new affiliates will register, the Random Affiliate ID extension will assign random numbers as their IDs.
Contrary to the default method where IDs are successive and easy to guess, this addon will ensure some privacy and guarantee only admins know the real number of active affiliates.
