When you opt in to sharing technical information, the plugin sends us a periodic snapshot of your environment. This helps us reproduce bugs, prioritise compatibility fixes, and decide which features deserve investment. Opting in is entirely optional — the plugin works identically either way, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
The short version: we collect information about your site’s software setup and how the plugin itself is configured. We never collect your members’ personal data, your content, your customers’ payment details, or anything a visitor types into a form.
