Currency not available

To resolve this, you can manually add the currency using the “Custom Currencies” module from Extensions. Here’s how:

  1. Access the Custom Currencies Module: Navigate to your platform’s admin dashboard. Look for the Extensions section, and select the “Custom Currencies” module.
  2. Add a New Currency:
    • Click on the option to add a new currency.
    • Enter the currency details, such as the currency code (e.g., USD, EUR), and the name to your base currency.
    • Ensure all other required fields are filled out accurately.
  3. Save and Activate:
    • Once all details are entered, save the new currency.
    • Activate the newly added currency in your General Settings to make it available for transactions.
