All the texts that cannot be changed from the Ultimate Affiliate Pro Dashboard (native field labels, buttons, etc) can be modified through the translation file.
You can add an additional language file (even English) to your language set on WP.
For English: uap-en_EN.mo & uap-en_EN.po
