Zapier Integration

Installation #

1. Download the plugin (.zip file).
2. In WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
3. Upload the plugin by pressing the upload button.
4. Activate the plugin.
5. In the Ultimate Affiliate Pro plugin dashboard, go to the navigation menu and find the EXTENSIONS tab. Upon clicking the menu item, a box with the Zapier Integration module will be available.

Activation #

1. Zapier Integration module can be enabled or disabled by pressing the “Activate/Hold” switcher button from the module panel.

Config #

2. In ‘Zapier Triggers’ for every main action in the affiliate program, a trigger will send data to Zapier.

For every trigger like ‘New Affiliate’, ‘New Referral’, ‘New Visit’ you may set the webhook URL in Zapier and put it in ‘Webhook URL’ in order to be used by another app.

Setup Instructions #

  • Go to zapier.com
  • Create a new zapp.
  • In the Trigger section, choose the Webhooks by Zapier app event and select the Catch Hook event.
  • A webhook URL will be generated. Copy the URL and open it in a new tab of your browser. Now the webhook is configured.
  • Copy the webhook URL in Zapier Integration add-on from Ultimate Affiliate Pro and insert it into one of the Zapier triggers.
  • Go back to zapier.com and in the Action section choose an action and event that will take place by Zap.
  • Run a test and publish the zap.
